Brendan has 12 years experience in Structured Finance and has worked in three different countries around the Globe including New Zealand and Botswana. Brendan holds a B.Com (Hons) degree as well as the CAIB(SA) qualification as a certified member of the SA Institute of Bankers. Some highlights during Brendan's carreer included:

• Aranged a R60million facility for the purchase of 3 new CAT Loaders for the Debswana Diamond Mine in Botswana
• Arranged a R180million facility for the worlds largest helicopter operator - CTC
• Arranged a R40million facility as part of the recapitalisation program for a large bus company

Etienne has 11 years financial and legal experience and holds a BIUR, LLB, LLM (Estate Planning) and CFP qualifications and specialises in the following key Legal Services:

Transfer and Development of Propoerties, Drafting of Contracts, Litigation, Estate Planning & Wills , Registration of Cc's and Pty's, Income Tax Planning.

Etienne specialises in the Registration of Trusts, Estate Planning & Wills for which he holds a Masters Degree.

Thinus holds a BA Law and the AFPI qualification. Thinus has been in the industry for more than 30 years, the last 10 of which have been as Director of Electus Brokers.
